Intro to Business of Acting

Learning how to be the CEO of your acting career is vital for longevity in the acting business. Savvy ways of marketing your wins, finding an agent or manager, and utilizing social media are one of the few ways to manage your business as an actor.

Students will learn creative ways in marketing themselves as well as learning their ‘type’ and being specific in marketing strategies. This class is the business of the business.

We will cover the playing field of the Hollywood industry- the who’s who of the game, how to create meaningful industry relationships and how to maintain it.
